dr. Scott Sells

Scott Sells PhD, MSW, LCSW, LMFT, is professor van sociaal werk op Savannah State University en universitair hoofddocent bij UNLV in Las Vegas. Hij is de auteur van verschillende boeken, Treating the tough adolescent: a family-based, step-by-step guide (1998) en Parenting your Out-of-Control teenager: 7 steps to re-establish authority and reclaim love (2001). Dr. Sells heeft meer dan 20 publicaties in tijdschriften als Psychotherapie Networker, Hedendaagse Correcties, Journal of Child and Adolescent Substance Abuse, Professionele problemen in strafrecht, Family Process en Journal of Civil and Family Therapy. Zijn meest recente boek 'Treating the traumatized child' is de basis van de masterclass trauma en systeemtherapie.

Scott Sells is de oprichter en modelontwikkelaar van een bewezen model, Know Parenting with Love and Limits® (PLL). PLL wordt gebruikt bij zowel jeugdrecht als kinderwelzijn in meer dan 14 staten in de VS en in Europa.
